What I could do with a bit of time, a camcorder and a little help from my friends
Here's the first video to launch GreggTilston.com and re-launch my blog. Huge thanks have to go out to Saul Colt from SaulColt.com, Sarah Austin of Pop17.com, Doug Dyment, and Craig Cannings from VAClassroom and everyone else who has helped me get here.
The question I have posed today is should I be using YouTube or Viddler to embed videos to my blog.
I look forward to your comments and hearing from everyone.
Cheers,
g

The video was good but it needs more Saul!
ReplyDelete...and to answer your question, I would say use them both. Stick with viddler on your site and just re-post on YouTube so that people can find you there as well.
Be everywhere!

Hey Saul,
ReplyDeleteComing from you that means a lot! Great feedback and I want to devote an entire blog post or 12 to ‘Saul’.
Thanks,

great Video Gregg - I concur with Saul's comments and you might consider using Tube Mogul to blast yuor videos out to all the major Video networks as well. Good luck!

I can't comment on the video hosting aspect but love the idea of a video blog and will be following you here as well as on Twitter.
ReplyDeleteHey Heather, thanks for the comment and for stopping by every so often. Please let me know your thoughts on what I post.
ReplyDeleteHey Craig, thanks for the support! Totally agree with both you and Saul and will be setting up Tube Mogul as you recommend. Much easier to manage multiple video sites.
Cheers,
